Data practices
Privacy Policy
1. Scope
This Policy explains how Zero-G processes personal information through its Discord applications, websites, dashboards, APIs, subscriptions, support, private testing, and related services. Discord and payment providers separately control information they process under their own policies.
2. Information processed
- Discord and account data: user, guild, channel, role, application, entitlement, and message identifiers; usernames, display names, avatars, permissions, OAuth profile data, and account-linking information.
- Service content: commands, configuration, moderation records, tickets, forms, reminders, plugin-specific records, and content users intentionally submit.
- Subscription data: product and SKU identifiers, entitlement status, billing-provider references, purchase state, refund, chargeback, cancellation, and expiration events. Zero-G does not need payment-card numbers when Discord or another payment provider processes checkout.
- Technical and security data: IP-derived security records, cookies, session identifiers, user agents, timestamps, request and error logs, rate-limit events, audit trails, and device or integration metadata.
- Tester data: legal name, email, Discord identity, agreement version and hash, acceptance time, access decisions, scaffold issuance, submissions, and revocation history.
- Support and business data: communications, attachments, contact information, and records necessary to answer requests or meet legal and accounting duties.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process information to provide requested features; authenticate users; enforce server, role, subscription, and tester access; process purchases and entitlements; prevent fraud and abuse; secure, diagnose, and improve Zero-G; communicate about service and support; comply with law and platform rules; and establish or defend legal claims. Depending on location, bases include performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligations.
4. Sharing
Information may be shared with Discord; hosting, database, logging, email, customer-support, security, identity, payment, and professional-service providers; integrations a user or server administrator enables; authorities when legally required; and a buyer or successor in a business transaction. Providers receive only information reasonably necessary for their role and are subject to applicable contracts or platform terms. We do not sell personal information for money. Zero-G does not currently use third-party cross-context behavioral advertising trackers; this Policy must be updated before adding them.
5. AI features
If an optional AI feature is enabled and used, relevant prompts or selected content may be sent to the configured AI provider to produce the requested result. Zero-G's configured OpenAI integration requests non-retention using store: false, but provider processing remains subject to the applicable provider agreement. Do not submit secrets or personal information that is unnecessary for the request.
6. Retention
We retain information only as reasonably necessary for service operation, security, support, contractual enforcement, dispute resolution, accounting, tax, and legal obligations. Retention varies by record and configured plugin. Account and server data may remain while a server uses the Service; security, entitlement, acceptance, and transaction records may be kept longer as audit evidence. Backups expire through operational rotation rather than immediate record-by-record deletion. We may de-identify information instead of deleting it where lawful.
7. Security
Zero-G uses access controls, server-authoritative entitlements, signed integrations, encryption or hashing for sensitive authentication records, rate limits, audit records, least-privilege configuration, and restricted administrative routes. No system is perfectly secure. Report suspected compromise through the support channel.
8. Choices and rights
Depending on location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, and may withdraw consent. Server administrators can remove apps and configuration; subscription cancellation occurs through the billing provider. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, contracts, or law. Send a request to support@bmmo.rocks. We may verify identity and authority before responding.
9. Children
Zero-G is not directed to children under thirteen and is intended for users who meet Discord's minimum age requirement in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under thirteen. Contact us if you believe a child supplied information improperly. Private testers and purchasers must be at least eighteen.
10. International processing
Information may be processed in the United States and other places used by Discord or service providers. Where required, transfers use legally recognized safeguards.
11. Changes and contact
Material changes will receive a new effective date and notice where required. Questions or requests should be sent to support@bmmo.rocks.
