Terms of Service
1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern access to Zero-G's Discord applications, plugins, websites, dashboards, APIs, subscriptions, and related services (the "Services"). By installing, accessing, purchasing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement and have legal capacity to agree. A person purchasing for an organization or Discord server represents that they are authorized to bind it. Purchasers must be at least eighteen years old.
2. Accounts and authorized use
You are responsible for your Discord account, server permissions, configuration, and activity performed through your access. You may use the Services only for lawful server administration and community operations. You may not share credentials; bypass access, subscription, or security controls; probe or disrupt systems; scrape non-public data; introduce malicious code; impersonate others; infringe rights; or use the Services to harass, defraud, exploit, or violate Discord's rules.
3. Subscriptions, purchases, and taxes
Paid offerings may be sold through Discord Premium Apps or another disclosed billing provider. The checkout controls the displayed price, currency, billing period, taxes, renewal terms, and payment method. Recurring subscriptions continue until canceled through the provider. Access follows the valid entitlement associated with the purchased user or Discord server. You are responsible for taxes the provider does not collect. Separate products do not unlock other products unless the offer expressly says they do.
4. Cancellation, refunds, and entitlement changes
Cancellation normally stops renewal while access continues through the paid period, subject to the provider's rules. Refunds, chargebacks, expiration, suspension, or entitlement deletion may remove paid access immediately. The Refund and Cancellation Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Nothing limits non-waivable consumer rights.
5. Free, beta, and pre-release features
Free, demo, beta, and pre-release features may change, be limited, or end at any time. Private testers must separately accept the current Zero-G Tester and Contributor Agreement. A commercial subscription does not grant source-code, tester, developer, or administrative access.
6. Customer content and permissions
You retain rights in content you provide. You grant Beals MMO Haven LLC a limited license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and display that content only as necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services. You represent that you have required permissions. Server administrators control their server configuration and should disclose bot use to members where required.
7. Zero-G ownership
The Services, software, designs, documentation, brands, and non-customer content are owned by Beals MMO Haven LLC or its licensors. Subject to these Terms and valid entitlements, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services. No source-code, resale, distribution, reverse-engineering, trademark, or ownership rights are granted.
8. Third-party services
The Services interoperate with Discord and may use hosting, payment, identity, AI, or other providers. Their terms also apply to their services. Zero-G is not Discord and is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, account decisions, or payment processing outside Zero-G's control.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep Zero-G reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security events, platform changes, force majeure, and third-party failures may affect availability. We may change features when reasonably necessary for security, law, platform compliance, or product improvement. Material subscription changes will be disclosed as required by law or the payment provider.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risk, fraud, nonpayment, chargeback, unlawful conduct, platform action, or material harm to others or Zero-G. You may stop using free Services or cancel paid Services through the billing provider. Provisions that by nature should survive—including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—survive.
11. Disclaimers and liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT IMPLIED WARRANTIES. BEALS MMO HAVEN LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOST GOODWILL. EXCEPT FOR LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED, AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE AFFECTED SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT.
12. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify Beals MMO Haven LLC from third-party claims arising from your customer content, unlawful use, server configuration, or material violation of these Terms. This does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by the Company's misconduct.
13. Governing law and disputes
Pennsylvania law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts serving the Pennsylvania county where Beals MMO Haven LLC maintains its principal office, except where consumer law requires otherwise. Before filing a claim, each party will provide written notice and allow thirty days for informal resolution.
14. General
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and incorporated purchase terms are the agreement concerning the Services. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be narrowed and the rest remains effective. Failure to enforce is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without written consent; the Company may assign them with a business or asset transfer. Electronic records and signatures may be used. Material updates will receive a new effective date and notice where required.
